He brings a unique blend of legal, financial, and consulting expertise to every engagement.A first-generation college graduate, Mike began his career in auditing and tax at Deloitte and KPMG before moving into human resources as an executive compensation design consultant with Aon (formerly Hewitt Associates) and an executive benefits consultant with Prudential Financial (formerly TBG Financial).He later transitioned from consulting into corporate total rewards leadership across technology, fast-moving consumer goods, home services, and healthcare, serving as Director of Equity Compensation at HP, VP of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Danone North America, and Senior Director of Total Rewards at Frontdoor, before leading total rewards functions for two pre-IPO technology startups.
Mike has presented at the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), DisruptHR Denver, the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association (RMTRA), and WorldatWork's global Total Rewards conference.
