He was the Director of Equity Compensation for HP, VP of Total Rewards & HR Operations for Danone North America, and Senior Director of Total Rewards at Frontdoor before leading total rewards functions for two pre-IPO technology startups.Mike has presented at the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), DisruptHR Denver, the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, and WorldatWork’s global Total Rewards conference.
